We want you to love your Dan & Phil merch, but if something isn't right, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and include a printed copy of your return authorization form inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
